Log in to IGAClient and enter data using the EIGS screen. The login procedure is the same as for regular actual data collection (statutory consolidation).
If you are using IGAClient for the first time, please start from "0. Preparation."

0. Preparation (First-time users only)

If you are using IGAClient for the first time, you need to complete account registration (sign-up) and application installation in advance.

• For the procedure, refer to "Initial Setup – Basics" in [DPD] DivaSystem LCA Cloud Quickstart Guide (for Group Company).
• If you are unsure of your cloud service type ("Type A" or "Type B") or the applied major upgrade ("2024/08 Upgrade" or "2021/08 Upgrade"), please check with your parent company.

1. How to Launch IGAClient

Launch IGAClient using one of the following methods.

• Method 1: Launch from a browser
  • Open any web browser and access the URL provided by your parent company. A message will appear in the browser asking you to confirm launching the application. Once you allow it, IGAClient will launch.
• Method 2: Launch from the Start menu
  • If you have previously launched IGAClient using Method 1, you can also launch it by clicking IGAClient from the Windows Start menu.

2. How to Log in to IGAClient

Enter your email address and password to log in.
